Definition of Eschaton Transition: Prophetic biblical end-times or eschaton events that are manifesting but will not be revealed or fulfilled until their appointed time.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Below are selected sections from my Master's Thesis – ‘Eschaton Transition: The Multiverse and Non-Terrestrial Entities in Popular Media, Science, and Biblical Eschatological Prophecy’ – that I'm considering using in my upcoming book, Eschaton Transition Defined, in addition to new and updated material I have been working on. Eschaton Transition (EsTra) Defined Blog contains portions of what will be in my book, but not all of it, along with support videos by YouTube creators and others, specifically for use on EsTra Defined Blog. I want people to have Free Access to what God has blessed me to share and write. Even though the EsTra Defined book will contain information not included in the blog, the primary message is here. Lastly, I want to thank my brothers and sisters in Christ for the video content included in this and future blogs. Their insight and understanding of scripture add to the message the Holy Spirit has bestowed on me. As 1 Corinthians 13:9 states, “For we know in part, and we prophesy in part [for our knowledge is fragmentary and incomplete].”
1 Corinthians 13:9-12 (AMP):
9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part [for our knowledge is fragmentary and incomplete]. 10 But when that which is complete and perfect comes, that which is incomplete and partial will pass away. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things. 12 For now [in this time of imperfection] we see in a mirror dimly [a blurred reflection, a riddle, an enigma], but then [when the time of perfection comes we will see reality] face to face. Now I know in part [just in fragments], but then I will know fully, just as I have been fully known [by God]. 13And now there remain: faith [abiding trust in God and His promises], hope [confident expectation of eternal salvation], love [unselfish love for others growing out of God’s love for me], these three [the choicest graces]; but the greatest of these is love.”

Eschaton Transition Defined: Overview
In my seminary thesis, Eschaton Transition: The Multiverse and Non-Terrestrial Entities in Popular Media, Science, and Biblical Eschatological Prophecy, I theorize that popular media (i.e., film, television, music, and streaming series), and science, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), are pathways the Holy Spirit and the Mystery of Lawlessness[1] are using to influence, manifest, and fulfill prophetic eschatological events. To the casual observer, the conjunction of theology, popular media, and STEM may appear to be an odd coupling. Still, it becomes apparent when viewed through the lens of scripture, specifically in the context of prophecy and eschatology, that they are not.
Based on my search for material to substantiate or refute my findings regarding the symbiotic relationship among biblical prophetic eschatology, popular media, and STEM, I found that few Christian scholars have addressed these subjects as a triune whole. However, a growing number of “[international scholars] have been exploring the religious significance of popular culture over the last two decades,”[2] according to the editors of the book The Paranormal And Popular Culture: A Postmodern Religious Landscape, by Darryl Caterinem, Ph.D., and John W. Morehead, MA. In the opening statement of their tome, Caterinem writes:
“Interest in
preternatural and supernatural themes has revitalized the Gothic tale, renewed
explorations of psychic powers, and given rise to a host of social and
religious movements based upon claims of the fantastical. And yet, in spite of
this widespread enthusiasm, the academic world has been slow to study this
development.”[3]
In the book titled The
Lure Of The Darkside: Satan & Western Demonology in Popular Culture,
edited by Professor of Religious Studies at Lancaster University (UK), Christopher H. Partridge, Ph.D., and senior lecturer at the University of Chester (UK), Eric S. Christianson,
[4]
invited scholars from Europe, Scandinavia, and the United States to write a
treatise on demonic influences in music, film, and literature.
Likewise, unlike the
fear-mongering assertions of the 1980s Satanic
Panic Era, the contributors to The
Lure Of The Darkside treatise juxtaposed historical and contemporary
sociological and cultural evidence with biblical theology and hermeneutics
as a pedagogical
platform to inform their readers rather than pandering to angst.
Moreover, there is an abundance
of secular and faith-based scholarly work on the history of film and
television. This material explores its cultural and socio-political impact on
society at large and within esoteric
subgroups with arcane idiosyncrasies. As
far back as Georges
Méliès’s (1861-1938) 1896, “the silent film Le Manoir du Diable
(video) featured the first depiction of the supernatural on screen and is
credited as the first ever horror film.”[5]

Even
though there is a deficiency in scholarly Christian ternary research that singularly
focuses on theology, STEM, and popular media, there is a wealth of binary material on faith
and science, and on faith and popular media. Sociologist Elaine Howard Ecklund
has authored and co-authored several books on science and faith, such as Science
vs. Religion: What Scientists Really Think (2010), Why Science and Faith
Need Each Other: Eight Shared Values That Move Us Beyond Fear (2020), and Varieties
of Atheism in Science (2021).
Reason To Believe (YouTube Channel): How long are the creation "days" in Genesis 1?
Additionally, the Christian apologetics and science organization Reasons To Believe (RTB), founded by astrophysicist Hugh Ross, Ph.D., has published numerous titles arguing that there are no real conflicts between scripture and science, contrary to what some naturalists and Christians might suggest. Experts in physics, astronomy, biochemistry, geology, and cosmology have published books, blogs, booklets, audio CDs, and videos explaining that the Bible contains scientific facts and accounts of the creation of the universe, Earth, and life.

In addition to using scholarly, peer-reviewed publications and credible internet sources from scientific and art-related journals, magazines, and news outlets, I will also discuss hypotheses and theories presented by marginalized scientists and conspiracy theorists, respectively, such as German astrophysicist Karl Friedrich Zöllner (1834–1882) and his book, Transcendental Physics, and author and creator of IlluminatiWatcher.com, Isaac Weishaupt (pseudonym).

The Truth Few Christians Know (Complete Biblical Revelation)
The last chapter of my thesis connected my research on popular media and science with my hypothesis that the Holy Spirit and the Mystery of Lawlessness are, respectively, warning the church and preparing humanity for the arrival of the Antichrist.
Below is a brief
overview of each chapter in my Master’s thesis to give you a glimpse of some of
the things that will be expanded on and included in my new book, Eschaton
Transition Defined, which will include new and updated information I have collected
since 2022.
Overview of Chapters in Eschaton Transition: The Multiverse and Non-Terrestrial Entities in Popular Media, Science, and Biblical Eschatological Prophecy:
The Portrayal of the Multiverse and Non-Terrestrial Entities in Film and Television: Examine how portrayals of the supernatural and the extradimensional in film and television, from the late 1800s to the present, are conditioning humanity to accept the aberrant as mundane.
The Interplay between Popular Media and Science: Examines how the mystery of lawlessness uses popular media and science not only for entertainment but also to foster acceptance of the extraordinary and phantastical.
Biblical Account
of the Multiverse and Non-Terrestrial Entities:
Explore what the Judeo-Christian Bible and other ancient literature (i.e., Apocrypha and pseudepigrapha) predict and reveal about the Pavlovian (YouTube video) conditioning of humanity and scientific hypotheses and discoveries in the latter days.
Conclusion:
Offers my
analysis of why Christians must be knowledgeable and attentive to fulfilled
prophecies and, equally imperative, eschatological transitional events.

2 Thessalonians 2:5-12 (NKJV): “5 Do you not remember that when I was
still with you I told you these things? 6 And now you know what is
restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery
of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until
He is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed,
whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the
brightness of His coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the
working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with
all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive
the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this reason
God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12
that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure
in unrighteousness.”

Here is the sinner’s prayer if you are moved to give your life to Christ, and please send me an email if you would like me to say a prayer for you –
“Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins, rose from the dead, and are now sitting at the right hand of God the Father. I turn from my sins and invite You into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord.
NOTE: Finding a church where members genuinely strive to live as Jesus taught (see Matthew 5-7) is becoming increasingly difficult. Over the past decade in the United States, complex challenges such as systemic racism, bigotry, misogyny, sexism, conflict over a person or group’s identity, hypocrisy, and just plain old deep-rooted hatred have made it feel nearly impossible to find a true place of worship and fellowship. This is not hyperbole—this is my experience. Where I have found peace and a home, even though it is not a brick-and-mortar building, is on Rev. Ed Trevors' YouTube channel of the same name, at the Parish of St Margaret of Scotland in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada (https://www.youtube.com/@revedtrevors4961). So, if you, like me, do not or cannot attend a physical church for whatever reason, check out Rev. Ed’s YouTube channel. I do not think you will be disappointed. He posts daily, delivers Church Without Walls sermons, and speaks honestly about what is happening in our world today from a worldview rooted in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Unlike our Lord Jesus Christ, Rev. Ed is not perfect; he is just like the rest of us, a person striving to live as Jesus taught and lived.
